First Spiritual Exercises

  Regis College students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in the First Spiritual Exercises, a 4-week retreat in the tradition of Ignatius of Loyola. The retreat combines 25-40 minutes of prayer four times per week and weekly spiritual conversation in a small group.
