Continuous Learning

Each year, Regis College includes more than 1,000 people who take courses and attend special events offered on campus for Continuous Learning. For all walks of life, from church professionals and lay people, Regis College offer Continuous Learning opportunities, providing non-degree courses and events.
  • Windows on Theology

    The Windows on Theology continuous learning series offers six to eight session non-credit courses on topical issues in scripture, church history, pastoral studies and theology.
  • Faith Issues Today

    Faith Issues Today is a continuous learning and Professional Development Series offered at Regis College. This series offers non-credit courses on scripture, church history, theology and its relevancy in today’s world. On request, Professional Development Certificates of Completion are issued.
  • Teacher Formation Program

    The Regis College Teacher Formation Program (TFP) is focused on the personal, spiritual, and intellectual formation of religious educators for leadership and service in Ontario Catholic schools. It is fully accredited by the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).
  • Isreal Study Program

    The Centre for Biblical Formation in offers academic programs of study centred on the Word of God: drawing on Jewish sources and tradition; visiting sites related to the biblical text; reflecting on relevant Church Documents; and engaging with the peoples of the Land. This is a unique opportunity to study, contemplate and pray with the biblical text in the Land so central to its composition. Students will become part of an international, ecumenical community exposed to the best of contemporary Christian and Jewish scholarship. Scripture courses may be taken as part of the Basic Degree Programme, the Advanced Degree Programme or as a Religious Education Additional Qualification Course. Auditors are welcome.
