Jerusalem is a bustling ancient city whose history engages people in an encounter with the text, the people and the land.  It is central to the sacred story of Christianity, Judaism and Islam. This course will provide an opportunity for deepening biblical understanding, inter-religious dialogue and personal reflection for those involved in faith formation.  Jewish Christian and Muslim sources will be studied to highlight specific teaching. This course is designed for people working in education. Fr. Scott Lewis, S.J. is a member of the California Province of the Society of Jesus.
