SUMMARY:Spring Open House
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css_animation=””][vc_column][vc_column_text] \n\nThis year\, the theme at Regis College\, “Reconciliation and Hope” reveals to us that our faith will always be both a sign of contradiction and a sign of hope. The world is presently fragmented\, polarized\, chaotic\, and fearful. Our difficult times call for radical hope and deeper commitment to the core of the Christian message embodied in the Beatitudes. Against the powerful counter-currents of many political and religious ideologies\, we seek to reconcile communities and build bridges to bring people together. \nCome and explore the richness of learning\, spirituality and action for justice shared by the students and faculty of Regis College. A series of mini-lectures presented by faculty will probe the breadth of the Catholic theological tradition\, the depth of Ignatian Spirituality and the value of each in action. There will be opportunities to tour the College and have informal conversations with program directors\, other faculty\, and current students throughout the day. \nDiscover Regis College at the heart of the University of Toronto by pre-registering for the Open House today! \n\nPlease pre-register online or by calling 416-922-5474 x221. \nRegister Online  \nPrivacy Notice: Contact information provided in the registration process will be retained and used by Regis College in accordance with its privacy policy. \n  \nSpring Open House Agenda\n\n\n\n\n	TimeDetails\n\n\n\n\n	10:00amRegistration\, Coffee and Refreshments\n\n\n	10:30amWelcome\, Morning Prayer\, and Overview\n\n\n	10:45amTitle TBA \nMini-Lecture presented by TBA\n\n\n	11:15amPresentation of Academic Programs\nEntry Level Programs - for newcomers to theological study\nTheological Research - for those holding a first degree in theology\n\n\n	12:00pmTitle TBA\nMini-Lecture presented by Professor TBA\n\n\n	12:30pmLunch\n\n\n	1:10pmTour of Regis College and Exchange with Current Students\n\n\n	1:45pmTitle TBA\nMini-Lecture presented by TBA\n\n\n	2:15pmFinal Informal Exchanges\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css_animation=””][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css_animation=””][vc_column][vc_column_text] \n\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
